Paris Baguette

I ordered a few items and one was green tea latte. I saw the cashier took out milk from the fridge and pour the milk into the container and was ready to make a drink then I recalled I forgot to request for low fat milk. I wasn’t sure was that milk for my green tea latte but i was ok if that was because i forgot to request in the beginning. When paying at the counter the cashier didn’t include my green tea so I thought she forgot or didn’t hear this order so I "still have a chance" to request. Then, I requested for low fat milk then she whispering to the girl who just came out from the kitchen and that girl just used the same milk for my green tea latte (so she didn’t forget my order but she forgot to include in the bill). I believe that was full cream milk coz it is darker blue packaging. I don’t mind if she said it is already in the process and for sure we can’t really taste much different between full cream and low fat but the feeling was just not so right in this case. Anyway the nutrition wise will be different

I would like to thank Samantha and Sheldon for their fantastic customer service. I was gifted with a birthday Grab voucher and being a first time user, I struggled with the many T&C and use of the Grab app. Both of them very patiently guided me many times over to order and after a lot of effort, my family finally managed to enjoy a nice brunch. Five-star price(more expensive than Starbucks), 2-star food (very normal foods, and the quality of toasting is the worst I have seen), 1-star service (don't treat me in a way like I owe u money ok? Every time I come in the same face and behavior). If want customized cake sth, try other cake shops is my only advice. The only advantage is location, which is why they never worry their business.

Very bad customer service. Ordered a whole mango yogurt cream cake through grabfood via self collection. The cake was left at the counter for collection. The woman staff totally ignored us when we said we r here for collection. Waited for her attention as wanted to ask for candles etc. But she proceed to serve other customers that came in later. Guess she thought I'm the delivery guy. Only after we raised our voice to ask, she just said all inside already in an unfriendly way. Have patronised this shop a few times for birthday cakes, this would be the last time. Your cakes are not cheap, we expect some great customer service from you. And please give delivery personel some respect too!

A busy and bustling outlet in bugis junction that offers a wide range of sandwiches, salads, cakes and coffee. Their salads are delicious! Especially the Caesar Salad with beetroots They have quite a fair bit of seating here but it’s usually very busy. Nevertheless, will always head here for tea break.
