Yum Yum Yong Tau Foo

I tried a few stalls in this food court. The best so far are these two noodles. Also, loved the boiled soups stall. The dry version mee pok fishballs is not as good as the kway teow soup. I haven't tried the tom yam ban mian from the fish soup stall. The yong tau foo soup isn't great, sometimes can get alkaline taste. The moonlight hor fun from zi char stall is so so. I'm not really a rice person, but will try out the vegetarians and mixed rice one day.

Decided to have breakfast at the Kofu next to Tampines MRT - under the MRT track. It's quite a popular eating place for residents and office workers. Bought food from Top Pig Organ Soup, Vegetarian Store and the drinks store. Top Pig Organ Soup - First time ordering the Taiwan Braised Pork Rice, it was a one dish meal, on top of the rice was a generous portion of braised pork belly along with an egg, tow pok, veggie and hard boiled egg. - quite nice it with the chill Vegetarian Laksa (I cannot remember the store name) as expected cannot compare with the real thing. But still quite ok. Along with the half boiled eggs and toast + coffee - made for a very filling breakfast 😋 at a very reasonable price. 👍
