Mr. Coconut

Another Mr Coconut review. For the Northpoint outlet, there are 2 self service counters. With the self service counters- lesser human interaction with the staffs. However, their services given were still fast and prompt. When I collected the drinks, the staff was polite and courteous. The main issue was the waiting time. Waited 15 mins for my drinks. No complaints. I could see the staffs chopping hard at the coconuts and doing their best to serve the drinks fast. Great effort in their speed and efficient to serve the drinks! Strongly recommended! A favourite place to drink my coconut!!!

It’s Famous Coconut Shakes that are very fresh and refreshing!! My mom loves it even though the queue is so long! You can see endless online delivery order coming in and people ordering more than 4 cups at a time because it’s so good and they want to make the wait worth! Be ready to queue and enjoy the drink afterwards!

I really like the coconut shake, but every single time I come over to buy, I have to wait 20-45mins just for one drink. I thought with the self service kiosk it would cut short the time, but they still seem short staffed and only one main person doing the blending whom you can see have zero urgency to speed up her movements to complete as many orders as she can. She’s just taking her time doing it really slowly, maybe she’s overworked? I always have to think twice if I want to buy the drink and am I willing to wait for it…

This is the best coconut drink ever in Singapore. Ordered through deliveroo and when it arrived, the ice cream is not even melted yet. I am impressed. Distance is 10 minute away from my house, not too bad as seen in my picture. One star away as waiting time is close to 90 minutes. Maybe due to the Circuit breaker, not sure.
