so what if the pizza tastes decent when the customer service is so bad. reached the place and no one was at the counter as the staff was using his phone while hiding behind the counter. he kept it a few moments after a lady told him there’s a customer. i asked if i could pay by an app and he didnt know about it, so he asked the lady to help me instead. she rudely said no and stared at me, as if she just wanted me to leave. will never return no matter what

Food was horrendous and abhorrent! The pizza wasn’t even cooked as a whole. It was all in disarray and in pieces. Someone called me saying that they had to change one of the slices; suspicions were drawn then. But when the food arrived, lo and behold! Yucky beyond words. It’s obvious that these were their leftovers. The popcorn chicken was tasteless and cold. Utterly despicable! Ruined my damn dinner! For the price I paid, it’s a major ripoff! Nothing but a pathetic excuse for a pizza shop. An unethical and incompetent establishment. Cold and tasteless! Bunch of nitwits!

How about 0 stars? Called for the staff, an indian female staff walked up, ignored my calls of hello and went to the kitchen. 3 mins later i walked back she ignored me again and served another customer. I don't know how does Pezzo hire or train their staff but I know it's never earning a cent of my money ever again.
