Second time here and met counter staff that was rude. Today is a Friday morning and I was served by this auntie without glasses. She had her back to me preparing food and took a while to notice me after I called for her attention. She was a little scatterbrained taking my order and I had to repeat myself a few times. Then came payment via paywave. I saw the cost come up and tapped my card but the machine beeped red. This happened twice and she got annoyed telling me to tap again when the machine did not show any price i had to pay. I had to flip the machine back at her to show her it isnt ready to receive payment. Her colleague helped her cancel and restart payment then I could pay successfully and this auntie exclaimed like I finally did it properly and told her colleague in Hokkien how I couldn't tap properly (direct translation "want to tap and don't want to tap") so I retorted that it's the fault of the machine so stop blaming me. Seriously. Did i look like I never Paywaved before? Please Work on your service. If you have mood swings and behave childishly, don't come to work.
