We had the Old Chai Chee Minced Meat Noodles and also the chicken feet.
The soup is very tasty. The noodles cooked just nice. The minced meat and the wanton inside is very flavourful.
Didn't find the chicken feet flavourful. I would like it with much more complex and stronger flavour. It tasted a tad bland to me.

The stall has renamed to Liang Wanton Noodles, and sell the best Bar Chor Mee Noodles Soup. Located on the second storey of Bedok Marketplace. The sweet flavour of pork was so rich! The soup was made by boiling pork bones amongst many other ingredients.

They Changed name to Liang Haus Noodle Bar, they even sell Bak Chor Mee!
Yes, they sell in the morning as well. Tried the Bak Chor Mee and I must say it's really nice, much better than those around Bedok. It has great noodle texture, tasty soup and well wrapped dumplings. It's a hidden treasure. I am gonna be a regular here from now!
After 7 months, their standard had dropped! Unsure if it's because of poor business or poorer food quality that affected them. Noodles were soggy and too oily. Their lady worker is not the friendliest sort. So, it's a negative combination that's driving much needed business. You know where they will be heading next! Sorry, I reduced their ratings accordingly.

Takeaway the chicken feet noodle. Noodle cooked just right and not soggy or dried up after brought home. The chicken feet braised nicely with skin fall off the bone, only thing is it could have been more flavorful, bit bland to my liking.

Review for Lianghaus Noodle Bar: Came here for dinner on Sunday, and without doubt this stall is very popular with its perpetually non-ending queue. Their flavoursome soup is the real star here. I ordered mee kia while the husband had kway teow - noodles were cooked just right, QQ the way we liked them to be. Overall, we agree that these were tasty bowls of minced pork noodles (with 2 large dumplings in there) at a reasonable price tag of SGD4 each.

This is a tough food item to satisfy! Who is to say all the waiting for other dishes to come or the instagraming will not cause the noodles to lose the springiness?
Because we were looking for a cheap filler with other expensive orders from the other stalls, we decided to buy the fried dumplings only since we already have the udon and rice bowl nearby.
Then we found it expensive when we looked at what we got. $4 for 4 dumplings. It is definitely not 'cheap' as we thought.
The dumplings were freshly fried. And to our pleasant surprise the filling is quite substantial. This is the first time, I taste full shrimps in the fillings in addition to the ground pork filler. There's also a crunch coming from the water chestnut. This alone clearly differentiates it away from the usual hawker fare standards.
However, as much as the ingredients can hold its own, the taste was a slight too underwhelming perhaps due to the weaker seasoning. Otherwise it would have been rated higher.

Soup is way too salty and has MSG. The huge wantons that came with the noodles and Fried wantons that i separately ordered, were very nice though.

Customer service was the worst, the stall owner would not speak to you properly. Did no seem like she wanted to be there at all.
Noodles were hard and not springy, char siew was dry.
