Not guest friendly when you drive . Greedy landlords who refuse to charge by the minute for carpark fees

The common areas are great and very quiet during covid. The sea views are spectacular and some apartments are very private (mine is most are not).

Units are extremely small. Security guards are not useful - basically, anyone can enter the condo without much checks.
