Hup Seng Hainanese Curry Rice

One of the best hainanese curry rice place in Singapore! The curry accompanying the rice is thick, lemak but not too spicy. Of special mention is the spicy stingray dish. It's cooked to perfection with black bean sauce, pineapple & salted veg. This mish-mash of ingredients brings out the full taste of the dish & I can imagine the amt of attention & effort put into it! Their home-made Otah is also a must-try. The chunky pieces of fish give the otah more texture & bite. This stall is highly recommended for all hainanese curry rice lovers!

Owner is old and with all due respect, this is just my opinion and encounter. Agree with the other 1 star review this is chop head price. Food is nice but owner is dishonest and price fluctuate. Even amount quoted and change return is different, already when back to my seat so no point haggling over small change.
