Very poor table service , they allow many take away coming in to order..that delay our dine in ..my queue no. 2844 was shown 10 queue in screen for preparing..I had to go counter wait for my order as already too long waiting at my table..after long wait at counter..my no. disappear from the screen..when I ask the staff..she say still preparing .the indian men order before me already taken his order..I slam my table no. Stand on the counter..they them I not going to wait here ..u bring to my table.not more then 5min they bring my order ..this is the poor service I every encounter. They should not allow so many take Away to rush in to order..👎👎👎

Worst fast food place ever in terms of service. The usher cant even form proper Queue line inside and outside. Pin for table service also spoilt and no one to guide the flow. My order only arrive 15 mins later, after some staff missed it out, but though there number of stuffs,maybe just inefficient manpower management. Had quite soggy and plan flavour fries,plus dried up patty big mac. I would rather spent $7.6 and 15 mins of my time to go Giant next door and cook simple meal. 🤣

Just another macdonald in the neighbourhood that open 24hrs only in the weekend. Usually crowded but definitely much better than the outlet in admiralty place. There is no electronic ordering machine so the only way to order will be through their counter. Service can be slow at times but it remains in the acceptable range. They messed up my order for a few times but so far so good as it wasnt frequent.
