Napolizz Pizza

Terrible delivery :( We placed an order on GrabFood at 6.34pm and it was scheduled to arrive around 8.30pm (understandable waiting time as it was NYE). However, the app showed that the order was still in the kitchen even at 8.30pm. We tried calling the outlet multiple times between 8.45pm and 9pm to no avail. Even as I'm writing this review now at 11.25pm, the app still says that our order is in the kitchen, although the restaurant closed at 10pm. No attempt was made to contact us or inform us of a delay or a cancellation. Would have appreciated some notice or at least a direct cancellation so I am assured that I can get my money back (since I've not received my $50 worth of food!)

Takeout: Pizza was okay, but rather disappointed by the two salads I ordered.. they are not meeting the description on the website- both were mainly made of greens (lettuce and arugula) and not sufficient amount of the toppings. One had 4-5 cherry tomatoes, 4-5 Sliced Pieces of black olive (if put together will probably make up less than 3 olives), maybe 1.5 anchovies . I don’t even recall what 2 salads I ordered because they were so disappointing and not worth the 13$ I paid for each. Won’t recommend ordering for takeout. It could be that eating there is different.

But that they offer pizza hawaii (here americana) should be already a sign. But after i saw some pizzas made, i wanted to test it. Unfortunately the only authentic about the pizza is the dough which is wonderful thin. The other stuff on the pizza is the normal quality you get in singapore, so cheap cheese, salami and tomato sauce, far away from what a authentic napolitano would put on his pizza.
