Completely burnt!!! I didn't ask for more doneness or anything special. Truly disgusting.I'm forced to eat it because I'm on my hike to southern Ridges and there's no other food and I'm starving.
Edit- I finally managed to claim my complimentary voucher at another outlet. Hence, from my original 1 star I bumped it up to 3 stars for some form of customer recovery.

I went down today around 4pm and I was served by Lisa and Shaju. I usually buy Chicken Kebab and today the chicken is nicely cooked and the service is superb! Both staff greeted me with a smile and they were very polite too. Keep up the good service!

It was a great experience, I didn't mind waiting for Lisa and Cecilia to start as they were still preparing the ingredients in the morning after opening time! They were very polite and friendly! I had to wait for a while but it was worth it! Thank you for making my day with the free cup of mashed potatoes!

Bad service of this outlet. Queue for 10mins just move one order infront, staff keep doing online order. Only one staff serve preparing and other 2 just waiting.
