Food was okay overall but service must be improved. My colleagues and I (3 pax) ordered take-aways before the crowd started streaming in. We eventually waited for 30mins from the time the order was sent in to the time we got the take-away. We thought it will be a short wait since there wasn’t much crowd, but lo and behold — we saw how other customers dining-in (who ordered after us) receive their food and finish their meals. It was infuriating that dine-in orders are prioritised over our take-aways. What did we do to deserve such a treatment? 30mins from the hour-long lunch break gone just like that! My colleagues and I are having second thoughts if to ever patronise this store again after such unpleasant experience. Treat all customers equally please.

Small shopfront with limited seats and cosy ambience. Food were promptly served despite the lunch crowd. Went with 2 colleagues at 12.00pm sharp on a weekday, and we did not have to wait long. Food choices in the menu were abundant. The bowl of ramen I ordered included an array of toppings: strips of bamboo shoot and black fungus, flavourful egg, a piece of regular chashu, and a piece of beautifully roasted chashu. To complement the well-cooked ramen, the soup was incredible without being greasy or overly salty. Will be back especially for dinner!
