This is as close as the pork version you can get. The soup is not too peppery and spicy, it is more of the herbal blend. There are two main versions, with the chicken tenders or the drumstick. We ordered both to try. Tenders were easier to eat if you don't want to mess about getting the meat off the bone of the drumstick, but the drumstick has more flavour packed into it.
