Kns Indian Muslim Food

Its quite typically Indian Muslim stall Your general staff who pretend to be busy and ignore you until they can't Your requests will be handled by a second person who never received information from the guy taking the order so you'll need to tell them again its wrong when the food arrives. Your drinks will be watered down and super sweet . The saving grace for this particular outlet is their standard for prata is way better than Sri sun which is a couple of blocks away . I think the standards haven't dropped all these years , can't say the same for the other food items but prata is freshly made so you don't get cold soggy ones . The hygiene level though...as you can see from my picture there's a mynah gingerly pecking at the leftovers for what I guess would be 5 or more minutes .

The food are acceptable and not really a wow factor however I must praise the Roti Prata here which if you dine in will be hit and crispy, not soggy (freshly made)!! Service standard can be improved in terms of speed as need to wait for quite an amount of time even during low crowd. 24 hours Indian Muslim store in Jurong West area, need not travel far to Bukit Timah to eat these food, nice!!!

Ordered takeaway on A Friday around 9 PM. The bee hoon goreng serving was big but too salty. Would be better with half the salt. Roti prata was cold and not crisp. I think they were made in advance but not heated up before packing. Customers might have to request less salt and for freshly made prata when ordering.

Order bee hoon goreng seafood and nasi goreng ayam.requested no vegetables at all.Man twice repeat our order and we repeat twice too..But give us both has vegetables and instead of bee hoon,they give yellow noodle.. They are quite unorganised.and took longer to make your order even though there's no customer queuing up.
