Cedele Bakery Cafe

I am just hoping the management will read this. I will anyways be sending them an email too. Was longing to write this review for quite some time. First the positives - Cedele bread are really awesome. The muffins, the cakes, the crossiant etc are very nice & flaky. However, "Now for the negatives" - The service needs to improve immensely. I have been to Cedele at City Square mall too and find people much friendlier there. The staff at Cedele Robinson Road would never ever smile or wish you while taking or providing the order. The senior old lady at the counter is really rude at times. If i will ask her to warm my bread, it always feels like a prolonged discussion. She would tell me the bread is already warm, no need to warm such bread, are u sure u want this warm and each time i nod my head. This has happened a zillion times. Generally, if i have a bad service or bad attitude i never go back to that food place generally. But, cedele bread is so good! Its sad that the people working here are not enthusiastic, very dull, lazy, blunt tone and also stingy in the serving..Example they would put just a pinch of sauce, just 1 onion in ur salad, less soup, less portion of salad...I would really wish the management to read this review. Advise your staff to treat every race equally (white/brown/black skin), smile and be generous. Food is not free. We pay for it. Even if the food is free, be kind in general. A nice service is appreciated all across the world. Imagine, getting your food with a blunt face. Dont be lazy to heat a 1$ bread. 1$ or 50$ give the same service. You will always be appreciated. If Cedele Robinson Road is busy, get more people here. Hoping for better service coz ur food is good!
