4fingers Crispy Chicken

Nothing stands out from this outlet. The service is not consistent and no one goes the extra mile. Basically you place your order, wait for your pager to vibrate and collect your item. They don’t give you wet tissue anymore. The service has definitely deteriorated. Luckily the quality of the food is still intact. Go for the combo of the original and spicy. It’s delicious.

Four Fingers is a delicious Korean-style fried chicken food chain. This outlet is relatively new and easy to locate (right across the street from Yishun MRT). Relatively modern and clean store. Queues here are usually short and food comes within 10 mins of paying for your order. This is Four Finger’s 9th store in Singapore.

The food is outstanding. But the staff is not friendly at all and not sufficiently trained to handle their own registers. I love the food, but 3 out of 3 visits I had a hard time ordering. Staff did not know how to use the card reader. Staff in the registers need training with their machines and good customer service.

One of the best outlet. The staff are friendly and they are near the entrance. The queue are dealt off fast and u rarely have to wait long for food. Now lets talk abt food. Try the seafood rice. Prefer the winglet rather than the drumstick and prefer it spicy. The spicy level can be changed. Talk to the staff or ask them for recommendations. They seem to always be willing to suggest something good. ^_^
