Fusion Cuisine

Ordered a variety. Sides: Stale and off tasting garlic bread; Fries was over fried and rock hard; coleslaw was nice, onion rings were crispy Mains: Salted egg fried chicken didn’t have any salted egg taste(?) and over fried; Chicken chop was good; Beef was super tough, Lamb was yummy. Used to be good but.. the quality really dropped quite badly. :/

Halal western food. Spoilt for choices. Mains come with 2 side dishes eg salad potato, rice, pasta, calamari rings & fries. Order the NZ steak at medium, surprisingly it was good and turns out reasonably good. Most neighbourhood western food stall are quite unable to make a medium steak. Thumbs up. The butter grilled fish is quite nice as well.

If I can give negative rating, I would.. mexican cheese fries = cold n soggy. Fries tasted stale and dry. Mixed grill = all I can tasted are salt n pepper. Cut of meat so thin i can see through them by holding them up against the light. No meat taste meaning frozen meat, which is fine if u seasoned properly.. Crispy chicken chop = nothing Crispy about it. Portion is 1/3 of the size featured in their grab food menu. Soggy. Sad. Miserable. The food are ashamed to be have their photos taken. Hence I didn't. No point making their life more miserable at this point.

I wish they have an option of giving review without even 1 star. We placed order via grab yesterday (11/07/21). We've ordered a few times from this outlet. It used to be good. But the food quality has failed tremendously. The mashed potato was sour. The carbonara was super salty I had a hard time finishing it - simply because if I were to throw it away, it will be a waste of money. The price does not match the quality at all. Read the reviews and improve on your standard please. It's unacceptable that you are serving these kind of food to paying customers.

ordered Salted Egg Crispy Chicken , Cheesy Fried Fish and garlic sauce chicken with my friends all came awful. The salted egg chicken taste neither crispy or of salted egg. the sauce was practically tasteless. the breading was so thick and over fried WITH UNCHANGED OIL, I couldn't even taste the chicken, and it tasted like it was thrice fried of a left over cutlet from days ago. the cheesy Fried fish had the same breading issue as the salted egg chicken. too thick , too hard , over cooked and smell like cancer . and the cheese taste like sad . The Garlic Sauce Chicken should be renamed " 1 month old, Oyster sauce marinated Chicken " It tasted like kidney failure , VERY SALTY. The marinate could be seen ( as a dark mark) already penetrated deep inside the chicken ( no it was not the blood ) the only good thing that came out of the meal was the mashed potato we had as one of the sides. the rest are a waste of calories. WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR BUY AGAIN. how in the world do you even stay in business ? ALSO why are you call Fusion Cuisine on site but called Fusion Express on Grab food. Scam much ?!
