The restaurant is situated in a Beautiful location by the sea side. Fantastic view to set the mood and hang out with friends,  family or even your colleagues. It did not get noisy or loud which is wonderful for those who want to enjoy a drink or have their dinner by the sea. In case of rain, diners are protected by the rolling shutters, which are promptly rolled up / down depending on weather conditions. Service was alright and food was decent.  Beers were served really cold and you could request for more ice in your bucket.

Worst experience of my life. The BBQ fish was just burnt on the whole of one side. It was so hard we can’t even chew it down. The lobster that we ordered was spoilt, it smelled badly and was too tough. Waited almost an hour for the food, and each dish came with a 15 minutes interval😅😅 Price was okay, not cheap but not expensive. Overall just a bad experience, although the staff were nice.

Horrible experience. Would have given 0 stars. Should have read the prior Google reviews before eating here. Each dish took about 15-20mins interval to be served. Ordered the naibai but was xiaobaicai. Got the staff to verify and they insisted it looked different because it is organic. Who are they trying to kid… We also ordered the lamb rack ($28) …and they were the skinniest 3 pieces we have seen served on a big plate…no pictures because we were starving mad. Gong gong was tasteless. Not sure why it took 1 hr to arrive. Asked for toothpicks and that took another 10mins.. Will not recommend.

I place a 5-Star not because it's good but to let more readers to know what we've gone through this unpleasant place. The nice sunset mood was quickly dampen by the mediocre food not worth the price paid. Experience bad services, my orders was told has been mysteriously cancelled from the iPad order list after an hour's wait. Channel Sam use to be excellent before the new management took over recently. Watch out when communicating with one of the service staff who insist that i speak Mandarin when i try to explain some ordering issues.

Ordered our food at 7.30pm. They served us one order, which is a plate of vegetable at 8.30pm. Asked them about the rest of our orders. The aunty claimed that they only have 2 chefs in the kitchen and their staff should have told us beforehand that it will take more than an hour for our food. Funny thing was that the staff who took our order was the very same aunty who did not told us that piece of important information. Asked another staff at 9pm on the rest of our orders, she told us that it was coming. So we waited for another 30 minutes until 9.30pm and nothing came, other than that plate of vegetable. Decided to leave the place and ate elsewhere instead. Shocked to see the rest of the tables are not served their food too. I have seen busier restaurant and it’s nothing like what we experienced here. Once here and never again.

Went this place 1st time last Saturday, ordered at 6.15pm, 1st dish stingray came 1hr later, portion is is so small for $24, after finished eat the fish, 2nd dish havent came, its already 7.45pm, we ask the waitress to check is the other dishes coming, if it can’t come we like to cancel the rest of he order, came back and said needed to wait for another 1hr plus, absurd service experience in sg, place with great view but lousy business running, will never come back again. Totally disappointed.

Will not patronise this restaurant ever again. Food are lousy and small in portion. Ridiculous waiting time for food to be serve. Waited for 30 mins and they only served us a plate of pathetic stir fry kai lan and another 30 mins for our meat platter. After waiting for another 20 mins, our crab meat fried rice was still out of sight, checked with the staff and they told us not ready yet and told us to be patient cause they only have 2 chefs in the kitchen. To wait for more than an hour for our food to be serve, I think this is totally not acceptable.
