Liho Tea

I orderd milk tea using grab reward . i was sick , wearing mask, hiding half of my face and look so pale. Then the male staff asked me sugar level then i saied 0 %. Then suddenly he started to make putting full of ice into the cup then i said no ice for me...then he SHOUT at me that "you should say early!! Isn't it the normal way that staff ask sugar level ,ice level , double confirm, pay the bill and start to make, is it? Person who can not figure out customer got a cold then better not to having a ice drink, how can work related customer even though it's simple work like ordering drinks. I can't understand the way he treat a customer. If you are owner, better find staff having good service mind or put automatic ordering machines like other outlet. If your staff can't handle with promotion like a grab reward, please don' t do or hired some more staff so they may not work with that attitude. If you are a just hired staff, you are not stable for facing customer, better change position with other staff. That position is work for customer not for YOUR CONVENIENCE. Those who want to use voucher or pay by reward something like that, please don't go this outlet.

Waited for 15minutes but no one was even attending to the shop. This was 45 minutes before closing time. When the shop assistant finally returned, he abruptly and rudely stated that everything was already sold out. Would have been nice if there was a notice to inform us of this. I guess the other reviews about the poor service speaks volumes!

Staff are extremely unfriendly. I wanted to purchase milk tea with pearl the other day. Since I was a student, I knew I could get a student discount, so I used my phone and showed the lady at the counter my a picture of my student card. However, she said that I had to show her the actual student card, not a picture. I immediately went on to tell her that at other liho outlets, I could just show them a picture of my student card and get the discount. She then really rudely replied, “different liho got different boss. You can go to other liho if you want.” I do understand that the same rules don’t comply to every single liho but I felt that the way that lady replied to me was really unkind of her.

Avoid this Liho. I have 2 problems with this particular branch Saturday 22/9/18 1) i order milk green tea no sugar no toppings gave me milk green tea with sugar even tho i said “zero” when they ask for my sugar level Messing up my order would be excusable if there were many customers. I was the only person in the q since it was about 8.50-9pm. 2)i seem to have gotten food poisoning from this store. I had dinner at the udon place right next to subway in united square with 3 other people, none of whom felt sick/had stomachache an hour later. I was also the only one who had anything from liho that day. Besides the places i had food from on that day are all fine. I dont get food poisoning from them at all. i always order the exact drink from other lihos and never had a messed up order/food poisoning afterwards🤮 (<<<literally me) Also, dear google, could u add a “zero star” function?
