Liho Tea

I love LIHO bubble tea but not the service staff.I don't know why,but everytime I try to get my bubble tea the staff treated me as tho I owe them a living.Very very rude,not friendly at all.I think they need to go a proper training to work in this service line.Not asking much but unfortunately the most basic manner in service line also they don't have.

Today i bought a cup of coco drink from the stall. The cashier never ask me need a hot version or cold version and directly made a cold one for me. I didnt notice about it until i walk up to my house. I thought only hot one is available as it is indicated as “H” (means hot) on the menu. I didnt walk down to change it, instead i consumed it. But my stomach feel painful after drink it. I don’t know what water they use to make the coco drink, it is so obvious that most of the coco powder are undissolved. I think the management should look into this matter. The stall always change staff and most of their staff are rude. I really curious what water did they use to make the drink for me today. I have been suffering stomache for hours after i drink their beverage.

At 9.01pm 17/6 I have ordered 1 classic milk tea for students with 70% of sugar but when I reached home I felt it's not even sweet and taste not really same as usual then I went back to the liho store and bought another one and ask some questions about it and the staff was very friendly they said " I can make you a new one" and apologize in a friendly and enthusiastic way.
