Liho has cheap drink but quality is usually not too bad. Their signature drinks are unique and tasty. Compared with many other bbt places that claim artisan or specialty or good tea etc, liho doesn't need those. Simple drink will do. Especially like their cheezho and avocado. Used to like their avocado coffee a lot but seems like there is not such option anymore. Anyway this branch is usually quite efficient. And conveniently located near the entrance

Staff at Northpoint City outlet are friendly and approachable. Always a pleasant experience. LiHO also accepts many forms of cashless payment, superb! There was even a free gift on Christmas :) thank you LiHO, I'm definitely a loyal customer and will keep coming back for the low prices and good quality drinks!

This outlet seldom have long queue compare to other outlets like CompassOne. The staff here often forgot to ask customer about their membership no. So remember to provide them if you have register with them.
The recent promotion for strawberry Bingtang Hulu was a sad case. The strawberry was mushy coated with sugar and the strawberry size a petite one.

My sister bought me Mango delight but no topping other than Mango cube.By right it comes with pomelo and crunchy ball. This is too flat without pomelo☹️

Not recommend liho fruit tea, tea taste too mild, slight bitter taste. Da hong pao milk tea is nice. Patronise this outlet 3 times, only the first order correct, 2nd order wrong order placed for 1 beverage, 3rd order the girl give us her own default size "L" instead of asking our choice whether to take normal or up size. Overall not good experience. Likely won't patronise again

The earl grey milk tea is ok but their black truffle lattee is a no no. The truffle scent is too strong for my family's liking. Maybe they should remove it from their menu.
