This is the best Liho in all of Singapore. The service was quick and preparation was speedy. I recommend.

Bought Green Tea Oat Latte ... tasted like dirty water with 2/3rd of the cup filled with ice. Just tried Liho again after a long while, now I'm reminded why it sucks.

I love bubble tea and LiHO, but this branch can be very busy and there are only two people working. So you have the wait a very long time for even just one cup. And now I look over the counter and see my bubble tea just sitting there, with no one even acknowledging that it is there.

Drinks were generally good and affordable but the staff at this outlets are especially rude. collecting drink and the staff just kept saying louder and louder "WANT PLASTIC BAG ANOT" even though she could clearly see i was on the phone , replied her multiple times and still keep asking louder and louder then got displeased when she finally heard my reply. Liho really needs to step up on their customer service man. not the first time already.

Worst LiHo in sgpore!
I ordered Brown sugar pearl with fresh milk. But only 1/10 is the brown sugar pearl and the remaining are the fresh milk. The taste like totally drinking milk only.
Tried other outlets, never encountered this kind of problem.
