Dare I say one of the best, if not the absolute best LiHo- nay, best bubble tea store I have ever been to! ❤️ Firstly, I was served by the most gorgeous, amazingly sweet gal at the counter who greeted me with a smile that could melt a thousand hearts. Her voice was the most melodious, mesmerizing sound I have ever heard. I was immediately smitten. As I was paying for my drink with cash, our hands accidentally brushed against each other and my heart stopped as I looked up and caught her gaze 🥵 I wanted to ask her for her number, but I was just too shy. I will forever regret not doing so, because she's the love of my life. I did get a look of her name on the name tag though, her name was Aina. I only wish every day that I could see her again.

I queue and present my self pickup order number via the cashier and the cashier did not say bother me. So I wait for my order. Then when she finished taking other customer order and she passed me the order at the table which is prepared ready when I reached there. Very bad attitude. Would not buy again. There is a lot bubble tea shop around Tampines.

Normally I would give Liho 5 stars, but this outlet was specifically the one that I had the most issues with, not so much because of the drinks but more of the staff. The staff were generally not very friendly, for example when she served the drink to me I said “thank you”, and she didn’t look at me, didn’t smile and didn’t reply. She wasn’t even busy. That I can ignore still though. When I received the two drinker I had ordered, one came with a lot less pearls than normal, and the other came with none at all. I paid for the pearls and it showed on the receipt. I didn’t notice at first because the Christmas 2020 cups were opaque. I was slightly disappointed in this outlet...
