The staff was terrible and poor service. When I purchase drink and behind no other customer but I no idea what she rush and let me feel like inpatient.

I love Liho's Brown Sugar Pearl Avocado Fresh Milk but was really disappointed with the branch in Changi City Point, the taste was awful, you cannot taste the avocado just plain bland milk even I ordered for 100% sugar level. Staff was not friendly at all, will not patronized and recommend this branch anymore.

Was at Changi City Point on 18 Aug 2019 at 3pm. The tone of the staff was very unfriendly and impolite when she demanded(instead of asking nicely) for my daughter's student pass for the bubble tea discount. The staff at this outlet lack the cheerful disposition required for basic customer service. I had always enjoyed the Liho service at Compasspoint and Century Square, however I am very displeased with today's experience.

The price and quality are ok, but the staff was not friendly. She was not smile, i was scare when waiting her preparing the drink for me.haha.
