Liho Tea

I ordered the brown sugar lover fresh milk and i received only fresh milk then where is the brown sugar?? Im working in fareast and i drink maybe everyday but today the staff very very bad service.do wrong the order still dun want to add up still explain... Her name is Humaiha...very very bad...i will not support this Liho anymore if the staff always like this bad.

Today, at 5.30pm. I got annoyed by one of their fat lady staff (I don't need to respect these kind of people) at Far East Plaza Outlet. I can't forget that annoying face. At first when I walk to the shop trying to order something and I'm standing in front of the cashier. She just show her annoying face and look at me without saying anything until I order something. She don't even know how to say "HI"? I ordered brown sugar pearl salted caramel fresh milk and I wanted to request less ice but I forgot. So, I said "Can I have less ice please?" And again that lady said "you must request it when you're ordering" with the annoying face AGAIN. I know it's my fault but she doesn't need to show me that face? Please do something about it.

Trainee staff took my order wrongly yet she was super rude and denied taking it wrongly. She even spoke in another language when communicating with her colleagues in an angry tone saying I'm troublesome and ridiculous. I actually understand but I want to go home asap so I did not get into an argument with her. It also took me almost 45mins when there's less than 10 cups made including mine (counting from the moment I started queuing). Staff do smthg wrong yet wanna give attitude. What would happen if this staff gets promoted? Time check - 16:54 now. This just happened mins ago . Liho should really re-evaluate the hiring system and do smthg about this. 1 and only rude staff I've ever seen. Pfft.
