Bloody messy carpark with tons of one way turns and super easy to find yourself heading "out" and needing to make a few turns to get back "in" and re-attempt parking or navigating to the block you wish to go.
Much clearer signage could help, but seriously, whoever thought one way streets in an industrial estate deserves to get a big wedgie.

The car park operator gives only 20 mins grace period.... unlike the Sin Ming Auto hub where there is a 1 hour grace period.
Makes for goods pick up and delivery friendly.
This is industrial estate...no residential and 20 mins for grab/ food panda drop off.

Alhamdulillãh. An ideal location for Muslim-Owned businesses. Several halal eateries (Lawa Bintang, Mom's Kitchen, Hjh Misah Food Stall) offering quality food at reasonable prices. Also Hezom Express offering halal frozen food. All within walking distance.
