The services very poor! In fact, if there is only one kind of two kinds of fruit tea, and the other one lacks several kinds of fruits, should it be stopped? The cashier is also a waste of time. If she said earlier, I can choose to drink something else. Finally I drink a cup of fruit tea with few fruit!

Hi, I'd just like to express my own frustrations with regards to my experience with the Liho seletar mall outlet. No problem with the beverage or the menu per se, but what i found extremely irksome was one of the service crew. If my memory serves me right, her name is Yen Fen? not sure if I saw the name on her tag right. A middle-aged indian lady, with a short curled up bright red hair. She exudes so much unnecessary sass and ofcourse she has an attitude that puts me off. I was simply inquiring if I could change to another size after realizing that the Large size was more ideal for me ( my mistake since it was a late epiphany) , but she could've spoken or told me in a nicer way that it couldnt be changed since the drink had already been prepared, instead of actually using a really vile tone in response. Does she even know how to smile? I mean what's with the sour face and dark demeanour, i can understand that she may have had a rough day at home but she literally should know how to be more professional when it comes to handling customers. A little bit of kindness would not hurt. I hope you look into educating her on her behavior.
