i frequently get my liho drinks from this outlet and i always order 100% sugar level. Most of the time, the staff will forget and give me 0% sugar. Seems they are only efficient when i order a different number such as 50 or 75% sugar. Very difficult for me to check the sugar level when i have no time to taste on the spot.

Very conveniently located at Alexandra Retail Centre, on the ground floor. It's only for takeaways, and the queue moves quite fast. There's a large enough space for queues to take place, and for people to wait for their drinks after. Flow doesn't feel congested one bit which is great. If you need a bubble tea fix and am around the area, this is quite perfect.

My favourite bubble tea is C6(4.90) from there menu. Try to pay by grab pay. Skip the lunch time (1-2pm) if you don't wan to wait for 10-15 minutes for your bubble tea. The shop is located in level 1 ,beside fairprice entrance. Staff are ok. Don't forget 2 ask your tissue..

I used to order white pearl earl grey very frequently, until they stopped carrying it for a while, and I subsequently also stopped getting bubble tea from them, but from Koi instead. I personally value the choice of cup sizes, as the small cups that GongCha carries are too small for my liking. Although somewhat cheaper, but too small.

I have never tasted a worst drink in my life... the pearls are all clumped together and the drink is filled totally with ice cubes...not sure if they knew what they were doing.

We bought 3 cups of L Golden Avocado milk but it gone with two medium size and one large size at 12:45:29 Trying to call the outlet but nobody answered

Short walk from PSA and Mapletree business centre. After a good lunch in ARC (alexandria retail centre) gong cha's teas are a treat...
