Delightful old school treat with a modern take!!! All the traditional flavours are there - coconut, red bean, crushed peanut. All beautifully wrapped in fluffy batter with crisp edges. The modern take is crushed peanut, peanut butter and jelly. So it is PBJ in a local pancake. Such a treat - just nice, not too sweet, perfect balance of ingredients. So well done and a yummy outstanding treat with the local coffee from next door Lee Sin Hoon.
