Made an appointment in an hour and got a spot at 8:30 for 2 people. Perfect service, super friendly and efficient. My sirloin steak was just a tiny bit undercooked than I desired, and our waiter kindly waived my wine off the bill. My husband loves his NY steak with sweet potato fries. We highly recommend checking this steakhouse out!

Ah, the food here was delicious! I had the tomato zucchini bisque, the chislic (phenomenal - it is a must try) and then I finished with the pana Cotta... Well, ladies and gentlemen, when Minerva was recommended to me, I thought it is a stuffy restaurant from the olden days... Quite the opposite - that definitely is the decor, but the staff makes it vibrant and the food makes it an entertaining experience! I would absolutely recommend one try Minerva at least once while in Sioux Falls! Very, very good!

Knowledgeable staff will please your visit with a variety of plates and cocktails 🍸 that are as clasic and close to perfection like you dream off. Delicate steak cuts, bison or high great beef, shrimp, wine list to please. Impressed with how fairly priced and prompt us the staff. Meet Zhach in the bar and his expertise is outstanding, from martinis to wine and aged scotch he is got you covered. Can't find no more words. I definitely coming back with a date or a loved one, is a place to share. You're welcome !
