Panera Bread

The front counter staff member who took our order and checked us out was not pleasant at all. She was unfriendly and didn't smile or make us feel welcome. They had no sugar free/diet soda and no lemon wedges for tea. However, we did not have to wait to order and found a clean booth and the food we ordered was prepared quickly, was served hot, and was very good. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was somewhat messy, mostly paper napkins under some of the tables or uncleaned booths but we were there just after the evening dinner hour. Restrooms were not used.

My boyfriend and I are plant-based and they were so helpful with finding alternative sauces or dips to go along with the warm bowls we got. I ended up getting the Mediterranean (a new favorite) and he got the Baja Bowl (his new favorite). We went at kind of a weird time of the day, but it didn't seem to bother them one bit to change up the way the warm bowls were made. We had a very good experience and I would highly recommend it to someone wanting fresh, crisp, healthy food.

I frequent this Panera rather regularly. It's close to my work and I usually enjoy their food, but lately it's been going down hill. Long wait times and poor quality of food. Today after ordering in the drive through, I waited nearly 10 minutes at the window for this sandwich that has barely anything on it. I was the only one in line and I could see a handful of workers just standing around while I waited. This isn't the first time an order has taken longer than it should. I'll think twice before coming back.

Always good food, but probably the worst customer service. Attempted to go through the drive-thru, waited for 5 minutes and no response. Went inside and there were 4 people working the counter. Not one of them greeted us. They were just giggling between themselves. We had to use the self service station just so we could order food. Management ignored us and everyone is just very unprofessional. Sad to see what this place has become.

how disappointing. usually i go to the one on 57th and Louise. i was closer to this location so i gave it a try. i will never be back again. i cannot remembed the last time i rated a place one star. i downloaded the Panera app and ordered a Asiago bagel with cream cheese and it came with a free treat. i was sitting in the restaurant area waiting and clearly the employees did not know. i looked at my phone and my order had suddenly been canceled! i thought it was my fault so i reordered. the employee called my phone and she rudely informed me that she is all out of both the things i ordered. not once did she ask if i wanted something different or even apologize! she had no idea i was at a table and heard her say she wasn't going to make my order. granted they might have been out of my food but canceling it when i had already arrived and then cancelling ten minutes after the second try, with still an hour and a half before close.. super ridiculous. my family and i will no longer wait in the long line on Sundays after church. coming from the service industry, so unprofessional and a major turn off.

Went to Panera this morning, everything was pretty okay. The order takers up front are apparently a couple, and were talking and being very hands on! When the man was taking my order, the woman was hovering behind him. Seems unprofessional. The male manager was very kind, and our food was hot and yummy. The kitchen staff were fast, and constantly moving (cleaning, making food fast, etc.) I just don’t like the two folks up front being so unprofessional.
