Mcdonald's

We went through the drive through. They gave us almost frozen chicken nuggets and fries. So, we called and let them know. They told us to come back and they would replace our food. So, the next day we went back. Rude manager. Didn't give us dipping sauce. Had to go in and ask for dipping sauce. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience. For 20 nuggets, they gave us 2 little packets. Definitely wouldn't recommend this particular McDonald's.

Horrible experience. They took about 20 min to get our food, then the guy taking our payment was rude. The girl that handed our food was not pleasant. She handed our food rudely and then I told her we were missing 3 medium fries and a large fry, she walked away and came back, told me I needed to wait for the fry’s. I put my car in park and she came back in less than 1 min with the fries. I get home and the fries are old and cold and half way filled. I went on 6/5/22 around 10pm. Someone please have a talk with these employees. If they don’t want to work, they don’t have to. No reason to have a bad attitude with customers.

This location is a joke. Unless McDonald's buys the lowest quality equipment the weekday morning manager repeatedly lies to me and has told me the shake machine was broken 11 times in 6 months. And no I do not go daily. I have witnessed and heard her yelling and swearing at her employees. Under her leadership I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes because the store was not open on time. And even this a.m. when I called to see if it was running she was rude, dismissive and very unhelpful. I used to love McDonald's. USED TO!!!!!

We ordered 2 small fries (they weren't at McDonald's standards), a double cheeseburger (again not at McDonald's standards), coffee that tasted like it had stood in the pot all day without changing it, and my order for unsweetened cashier started to put sweet tea, I had to tell them there was a difference in between the two. We've gone to this McDonald's for years and this completely disappointed us. This is the first everything was so disastrous.

Asked to place a carry out order and was told the lobby was closed...while I see 5 people in line for more than 10 minutes waiting for their mobile order while I wait for a Lyft then go through the drive through. Thus the reason I know people were in fact waiting in the lobby for their orders..when I get my food the bun is stale and chicken is old...

It's McDonald's what else is there to say. Their food is boring, their fries are so overrated its not even funny, their ice cream machines are junk, the price for a mcflurry is so outrageous and the cup it's put in gets smaller every year, their burger patties are even thinner than Opa Time and Jim's Burger,( and those places are thin now), their McChicken patty or sandwich has shriveled up to what you fo get ir mostly breading, other than that the main reason I gave them 3 stars is some MCDS restaurants are open 24 hrs and the double 1/4 is about the only sandwich that youre gonna be able to tell and taste the beef. It's sad how far McDonald's has fallen over the last 25 yrs. Simply sad. Prices slways go up and the quantity and quality of their products keep getting smaller and less satisfying. Although I'll still stop for the $1 large soda- (what happened to the XL soda anyway), and I'll grab the double 1/4 lb burger and an apple pie or caramel sundae. Keep your salt infested fries. I'm not Hispanic, and I don't put salt on everything I eat, even cereal, like they do, so I always skip the fries. Way overrated anyway. People are starting to finally see this. Open 24hrs at some is good enough for 3am. Not everyone wants tacos at 2am... me included.
