First, I sat at the window for 20 minutes, while I watched an employee pick his teeth with his fingers, then watched (and have on video) the "manager" count money and lock the drive through window. Also on camera. Then when confronted, the guy acknowledged that I had been there for a long time waiting and went and got the manager. I asked for the food to be fresh, the "manager" assured me ot was, and handed me several free meals for the inconvenience. This is what I got in my bag.
