Woksta

I ordered from Uber eats. Usually the food is great. But this time my order was cancelled without explanation, I ordered again. Then it came with everything in the bowl drenched in the sauce. I couldn’t eat any of it because it was just overpowering. I do not know why I have ordered many times before.

Food took 2 and a half hours to arrive to the point we thought it wasn’t arriving and ordered other food. We were offered a complementary meal when we complained through instagram. We were told to call the branch who we waited for to contact their manager. They then asked us to pay a £5 delivery charge 👀 The food itself was yummy but unfortunately we won’t be ordering again

Absolutely loveee woksta, my go to takeout. Immensely flavourful and you can taste the quality of the ingredients absolutely unbeatable. Delivery can take a while sometimes but it’s something I’ve got used to now as a regular so I just order it advance, worth the wait in my opinion. They take pride in making their food good quality and that’s more important thank anything else!

I have ordered from here before and really enjoyed it. Untill the worst delivery experience occured. It was a sunday night, we were starving hungry and was looking foward to our woksta. Too bad it never arrived! No communication whatsoever, no tracking system, no updates, 16 missed calls. The cheeky mares tried saying "order conpleted" like at least tell us if their is a problem. Have had to order something else now, totally spoiled my evening ive lost my appetite.

Firstly, delivery / arrival time was given as 8:00-8:20 (to note order was placed at 7:15).... By 8:27 we had nothing and so gave them a call (as prompted to by UberEats app), gentleman told me it would be 10 mins, 15 mins max. Anyway, 25 more minutes passes and at 8:52 I call again and am told it will be a further "6-7 minutes". Food eventually arrived at 9:14. Then, the 'beefy wrap' itself (which we have had many times before) was almost a joke when we opened. We both had a wrap, although with different spiciness levels - there was no sticker / note on either to tell us which was which. Furthermore, the size was a joke - less than half the size they normal are... see the photo attached, we thought it was a bad joke! Can't believe how downhill it's gone. When calling for updates the restaurant staff seemed polite enough but, being totally honest & blunt, a 2 hour delivery time (1 hour 15min late) is simply not acceptable & ruined our Friday night.
