The fish and chips were cooked fresh, and it was very tasty and delicious to eat.
The chicken and chips and the burgers I have purchased from here were also very delicious and tasty.
The staff are so friendly, and they deliver the food with a smile.
The shop is very nice and clean, tidy and stocked up with cutlery and sauces.
Would love to see more salad options as I love salads.

The food is always presented nicely and every visit I have been so happy with the food and level of customer service.

I've been visiting Mr Cod on high street for a long time. The food is amazing and their chips are thick-cut but soft (like the ones you get by the seaside). There is one staff member who is usually behind the counter, he is always polite and pleasant. We once even forgot some shopping at the place and they kept it safe and got it back to us. Run by good people mashallah, also you must try the wings and chips, hands down my favourite.

The best Masala fish ever had, really tasty and delicious. This restaurant is quite spacious also busy place. Their staff is also welcoming. I would gladly recommend this place for their best food and high quality service

Visited here for the first time, thought it would be an expensive but it turned out exactly opposite, very fairly priced. Lot of options to choose from.Ordered fish and fries, delicious and highly recommended. Excellent service

Large Fish n Chips with the added (not requested) Can of Mirinda, Salad, Spicy Sauce, Salt, Cutlery and napkins.
All for a tenner was decent in my books.

After getting very average food from here in the past, I hesitantly went in for fish and chips partially because it was for somebody else and mostly because I was nearby and the other Mr Cod on Farnham Rd was a trek, along with that place always being mad busy.
I noticed that this place changed the packaging and bags for their food etc but still wasn't too excited about the food but when I saw it, I was very pleasantly surprised.
It was fresh, hot and a decent portion. When I got to try some it was literally perfect. I really hope this is the beginning of a proper chippy which is much needed. I really hope they get some pies on the menu soon too.

For takeaway we ordered batter cod n chips and masala fish with chips. They was fairly busy so could understand the wait. Staff was very polite and accommodating because I ask for salad with my food an they was nice to add it on my lunch meal, fish was cook n tasted fresh was very we was both happy with our meal n the price was very reasonable for the portion size. I recommend here to go they sale pizza and chicken but I can't comment on then as I only got fish.🤗🤗🤗

Absolutely abysmal interior, HOWEVER they do one of the best chicken burgers you can find in the UK (yes that's a bold claim). You have to try to understand. Ironically, I've never tasted their Cod :P.
