Very poor service took 3 hours to get my food. Ordered a cheese pizza and buffalo wings and the driver kept my wings then didn’t answer when I called him back. Drove to the store and the manager told me that 90 minutes equal 3 hours lol. Will never order from Pizza Hut again. This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve had problems with them!!!

Placed a future order to arrive when my wife got off her shift at the hospital. Came 1 hour and 20 minutes early as I was giving my 4 month old a bath. Called the store and the store and the manager gave some made up excuse saying that they can’t see future orders rather than taking ownership for their mistake. When I called corporate Pizza Hut, they had no idea what the manager was talking about. Food was cold by the time my wife arrived home from her shift. Poorly run pizza franchise and is not worth the hassle. Spend a few extra dollars and go to Johnny’s or Siracusa’s.

I received a pizza that didn’t have the proper crust. I asked to have my info retained so that I can order on another day and get the correct pizza and I was told that if I don’t have the pizza that was wrong, I can’t have it replaced. I was then told that this is the GM policy and that the store has no owner to whom I can voice my dissatisfaction. WHAT?!

Took over two hours to get it...and it was stone cold. Fortunately I can eat cold pizza but usually it’s leftover pizza and not what I just got. I have gotten two pizzas that were nice and hot and they were both in the same order. I was shocked at how good they were since I had never had one that was hot before. I think it’s time to give Domino’s a try. The delivery folks are always nice though....

5:50pm on 1/12/20 If I could give no stars I would. As a customer you should be allowed to walk in an establishment and ask questions regarding what they offer. I should not have to go online and look anything up. The employee should be able to provide the "Customer" with the specials that they offer and not told to look online. I am fully capable in doing so but why should I have to when I am physically standing there. Piss poor customer service!
