The store is clean the smoothies taste fine most of the time... But sometimes you just have to listen and or pay attention to your customers. They messed up my smoothie twice and overcharged me. I was able to get a refund on the extra charge but the time spent is gone and the quality of my smoothie was 2.5/5. When I went in to tell them my smoothie had chunks in it before I could finish explaining they were already making my new smoothie now that's fine, but they made the wrong smoothie the wrong flavor with the wrong ingredients.
The second smoothie was very runny... As was I ...

I ordered a 20oz smoothie from Smoothie King and I ordered online after customizing my smoothie and within the same minute that I placed my order I had parked in curbside pickup because I was already in the lot and got my drink the very next minute. Very fast service and the drink is amazing!! Highly recommend!

Smoothie King was clean, organized & a very friendly staff. I had a MR(meal replacement)32 oz pineapple kale vegan smoothie. They also have a variety of plant base cookies. You can get vitamins, chips & other healthy snacks.

Extremely dissatisfied! They ruined my smoothie twice and had the nerve to be rude. I'm not going back to this smoothie king I don't have time to waste my money for people to give attitudes.

Honestly…garbage. I don’t get how one franchise can be good and another so bad. They sold me a large smoothie and when I asked them to dump it in a medium cup, it fit perfectly. Besides the rip off on the size, it really tasted very bad. Like really really bad. How do you blend fruit and it come out so badly?
At least the staff was extremely unfriendly on top of all that. I will never return to any smoothie king. Jamba Juice is the way to go.

I just moved to the area and was thrilled a Smoothie King was so close (There wasn't one close in NC where I lived). I absolutely love the order online option and took advantage of this feature 4 days in a row! My son had his first smoothie and he LOVED it so I see lots of smoothie trips in our future! They are fast, friendly and my smoothie tastes the same every time, I'm boring and order the same thing every time so that's important to me🤣

Staff here has always been friendly and helpful. They are also good helping an indecisive customer like me pick out what I want. Great smoothies for a variety of dietary needs.
