Little Caesars

Ordered online and picked it up in the automatic door warmer tower thing. Easy process, type in the code and the door opens for you. Very convenient and no need to talk to any one. Those jalapeños are spicy! They hooked it up with the toppings as usual. The wings are ok, not what I expected. Italian cheese bread was good. Got a stuffed crust cheese pizza. Not enough cheese on it but the kids ate it up.

I placed an order through the Little Cesar’s website on 12/31/21. They use Door Dash for deliveries, which I was not aware of. My order was never delivered. I called and received a confirmation number for a refund. Now, almost 2 weeks later after waiting on hold for customer service for over an hour one day and then leaving a message requesting a call back. Then never receiving a return call and calling back the next day to remain on hold for 40 min until someone finally answered the phone. I wanted to follow up on the status of my refund and I’m told that I will not receive a refund. They stated I entered the wrong delivery address and it could not be delivered. I assured them that I did not enter the wrong address. They asked if I still had my emailed receipt and if my address was on the order confirmation receipt. I looked and told them that no address was on the receipt besides the store address. I was told that because my address was not listed on the receipt that I can’t prove I put down the correct address, therefore my refund was denied! Now how in the world do I have control over what Little Caesar’s put on their receipts?? This company knows NOTHING about costumer service and obviously doesn’t care if they steal from a costumer by taking money and not providing the product. I spoke to a supervisor and am now waiting for a manager with customer service to call me (which I’m sure they never will). I will NEVER order for Little Cesar’s again! $54 may not be a lot of money to this company but it’s a huge amount for me to spend as a special treat for me and my kids. UPDATE: It is now over 24 hours later and I still have not received a return call. They may not ever refund my the money they stole but I will post my encounter with Little Caesar’s everywhere I can so others will be aware of how this company works. 1/22/22 UPDATE: I filed a report with the fraud dept at my bank last week. I was refunded my money today.

They basically accused my husband of trying to steal pizza when they gave our order to someone else. They were incredibly rude and expected us to leave without the pizza that we had already paid for! They need re-training or new management. Maybe they should confirm orders instead of allowing people to just grab orders out of the warmer box.

Placed an online order for iltalian cheese bread only... 30 minutes later order hadn't even been put in yet. Order was put in after I arrived.. i was busy so I couldn't wait, reason I placed online order.. I go inside... by far the nastiest Lil Cesar's location I've ever been to. Manager looks like he don't do a great job managing. Employees all standing around conversating.. they even looked dirty. Will never order from this location again. Everyone else should really take heed to the reviews here

This place has no customer service whatsoever, it’s a bunch of kids I went there and they were being rude and complaining because I bought the last of their pizzas and now they have to make more. They don’t answer phones like at all, and when it rings they just pick up and hang up . After my last experience there I will never go back not to mention all the hair in the pizza .. disgusting!!! Would never recommend this place
