Horrible service the manager on duty @5:24 pm 01/26/2022 has the nerve to offer me 5 dam dollars after ordering 33.50 for two pizzas and wings because they didn't put sauce on my wing!!! this hepher said they need to be shook girl look if I pay you that amount of money you shake them!!!!! Then she tried to talk over me you can't sorry not sorry....I knew I should have chose papa John's...y'all always have poor service...and the pizza always half fixed...

This beyond italian sausage with spinach & banana peppers. I had garlic butter thin crust & I will get this again but stuffed crust with cheese. The lobby area appeared to be clean. There was a hand sanitizing station there. As you can see we ate most of it before I could took a picture, it was just that good.

Chose to order a pizza through PH cause the app said 30-40 min. They don’t have a pizza tracker like Papa John’s does. However, I like, or should I say LIKED, the fact it showed you how long of a wait before you order your pizza. Papa John’s doesn’t tell you that your order is going to be 2 hrs or more until after you order. So fast forward 45 min I show up to get my pizza, and the girl up from says I still have 31 minutes left on my order….. Wait? I’m 5 min past the longest time of 40 min and it’s still 31 minutes from being done…just one original crust pizza? Those take 10-15 min to bake. I understand there’s other orders ahead of me, but your app needs to reflect this or the manager on duty needs to keep the kids from playing around like they were when I arrived and get their butts to work. App is prob has time estimates based upon orders and standard productivity rates, not kids playing around.
