Arby's

Wow! I was driving home late, was starving, and called this Arby’s to see if they could prepare some food for me so I could pick it up about 5 minute’s before they closed. Not only did they do that, but they gave me my food about 10 minutes AFTER their closing time because I went to the wrong Arby’s at first. That is WAY above and beyond! It’s clear this location values their customers. I think most fast food restaurants would have never done that. Thanks for the amazing service and for feeding a hungry guy on his way home! I will definitely be back.

I waited 15 minutes AT THE WINDOW for my food. I thought with that wait, at least part of my food would be hot. But none of it was! It was barely warm, and that is NO exaggeration. I used to love going to this Arby's but the service or the food has been very bad the last three times I've been there. I'm about ready to give this location up.

I like Arby's roast beef with a side of free aujus. Yes ask for adjustments on the side and they give it to you. The item that I really really like was the smoke house brisket with cheddar cheese and bacon! It was a limited time item🤥 but I think it rivaled Fire House smoked beef brisket and st a much better price.

I’ve always enjoyed Arbys but ot was really off today. The crispy chicken sandwich (first time trying).since chick fi let is get remodeled. Arbys chicken sandwich tasted like breakfast! Weird but the seasoned chicken patty was dry and just tasted like chicken fried chicken . would of been good on a hardees biscuit gor breakfast but on a good brioche bun with lettuce and tomato! (just wrong) The other sandwich we hot was the rueben. Either Atbys changed the way they make them or a newbe was in charge. usually its made with 1000 isle dressing but today tasted like horsey sauce. Still ate ot but would if been better with prime rib if using horseradish sauce. Didn’t go well with corned beef. Suppose next time Ill just stick with the roast beef. Arbys already took away the onion rings away. Now they cant make specialty sandwiches? We can just blame covid and call if a day
