Mobile order was prepared quickly and ready when we arrived in the drive thru. There was a line of 5 cars, but it moved fairly quickly. The speaker at the drive thru was very full of static and hard to understand, but the employee at the drive thru window was friendly.

The only reason I gave them 3stars and is because this visit was for someone else and not myself. Had I got to put there ever so delicious donuts in my stomach and had my favorite iced caramel coffee, then it would be 5 stars all the way.

They are ALWAYS SLOW and NEVER have the new flavors in... Waste of time and money when they used to be pretty awesome but now DUTCH BROS is WAY BETTER now they have EVERY FLAVOR that u can imagine n are ALWAYS in stock. It's a little more pricey but soooo worth it At Dunkin donuts they charge you for an extra shot of Expresso n don't even put it in ur drink.... Smh

as here for 4th of July dy breakfast fter traveling all day yesterday and the team this morning was rockin' and rollin' like a well-oiled machinery......AND WITH SUCH INCREDIBLE PROFESIONLISM, swiftness, and accuracy! What an amazing team and the PLUS, the food was damn good!!!Thanks Team DD on Nissan Drive in Smyrna.

Becky was extremely rude to my wife and children. She said she she couldn’t take something off my order without canceling it. She wouldn’t ring it up again. So she kept my coupon. And wouldn’t give my kids their ice cream.

Food was cold, doughnuts were stale, minimal variety of doughnuts and the service wasn't that good. Prices are way too high for the quality you receive there.

I was thinking I'd stop in and grab something before work since I had a few extra minutes, but it took 5 minutes and they didn't even finish taking one order. So I decided I didn't have enough time and went to leave. But even the parking lot is a trap. People can only leave as fast as the light at the intersection is green, and even then it's not smooth. Not really the fault of the workers, just the store location and parking lot design.
Edit: just tried again because the parking lot was empty. The doors were open, but the cashier said they were unable to take orders. Well I hope you can find something to do with all those donuts you can't sell.
