Pats Select Pizza Grill

I had the pleasure of visiting this spot for the first time with my boyfriend last weekend. We wanted to drop in to grab a drink and a quick bite to eat. The atmosphere is very laid back, the employees are welcoming and pleasant and the food was amazing!!! Drinks are worth the money, far from watered down. I'm looking forward to coming back again and again.

Dined in once.... Waitress was nice..breadsticks they gave us were good. Cheese steak roll ups were very bland did not really have any flavor to them Fries were not very hot seemed like they just came from. A warmer instead of the fryer. Chicken tenders did not seem fresh out of the fryer either....the menu has changed a bit they cut back on alot of the appetizers on the menu. ALSO the taste of the pizza has changed alot. I don't think I like pats actual pizza anymore. It used to rank fairly high on my pizza list but not that they changed it I do t think I will order it again.

We have ordered from this location 4 times to Pinnacle Rehab. First three times we had no problem. Food was delicious and delivered in a timely fashion. Today however. I first forgot to give our name and I had to call back. We had two orders. Most on one which was cheese fries with extra order of cheese. FRIES ARE COLD!!!!! Bottle of Sprite and an Italian sub with extra lettuce ,onion,and sweet peppers. Which I paid $2.20 extra sub total cost $10.19. The second order Was ham & Provolone cheese with extra oil, ham, and cheese. Driver collected the money for the sub but forgot to leave it. Call d back to report not having sub and drive was already on there way to the next deliver n over 20 minutes later I call back and was told sorry driver should be 10 to 15 minutes it’s now 20 minutes late and I still have no sub!!!!!!!!! And we were almost charged fir 2 delivery fees. If I had not asked why the sub was so much we would have paid double fee!!!!!!

Mostly all of the time, I am impressed with the food I receive from here. The prices are a little steep yes, however the quality of the food I always receive is wonderful. I specifically love their pastas, and wether it’s a dish with red sauce or a dish with creamy sauce, the flavor is always right and fresh tasting. Not to mention their portion sizes are pretty hefty, I can make 3 separate meals from one pasta dinner from here so it kind of equals out the high cost. I’ve been eating at Pats restaurants since I was little, and worked for the company for some time when I was younger in fact I was one of the people who came to the Smyrna location when it was built to help train the new staff! Despite some bad reviews about food quality, I know how much this company does really pride itself on its menu and delivering fresh and carefully prepared food to people, so if ever I do encounter a mistake with my order I truly can forgive and understand with no problem. Anyway I just wanted to write this, as having just received yet another delicious pasta dish I thought it was high time for me to give proper thanks for it!
