Definitely Worth to waited,That's what I would describe this place! My husband and I made a reservations through open table at 7.15 pm on Friday of this Memorial's day weekend and when we got there we still have to wait for another 10-15 min for the table which is ok because they are quite busy. We got seated in the back patio where it was a cover and have a heater on,So it's comfortable. The service : Our server Arturo and all of the staffs who filled up our water,Who clean up our table,Who brought our food are superrrrr nice and friendly.The service are worth more than 5 stars for sure. Let's talk about the food : Spaghetti Meatball.Perfectly cook Spaghetti with yummy Marinara sauce and 4 large meatball and it was delicious. Crispy Calamari Which I request it to be very crispy and it's came very crispy and perfectly cook! Caesar salad : Hands down one of the best caesar salad we have ever had.Their homemade crouton were so good! Ciopoino,A star of the show.Came in a large bowl and I mean it's huge.Seafood are so fresh and perfectly cook,The broth are out of this world and what I love about this dish was the soup remain hot! Until I finished! I think the bowl they use are special bowl because it's trap the heat in side for so long! At the end of the day dessert : Panna Cotta,It was so good! The sauce were great and the custard itself were not too sweet and the texture was perfect! Italian food in Solvang? Heck yes! Definitely come back!

Food was 5 star but the service 👎👎 Wait staff ruined the experience! Besides my waiter and every other wait staff walking past me with my empty drink by the edge of the table ( ate my meal without a drink). I got to hear an older wait staff be little the younger staff, gossip, one with long finger nails kept picking and flicking them together like she was playing an instrument, which was disgusting, especially when she was right in front of my table. Then as I was walking out, food to go in one hand and the other arm in an immobilizer sling, 4 wait staff moved out of the way in front of the door so I could exit. It took another customer who saw my inability to open the door who helped me get the door open. The above were just the worst of what happened on my first and last experience there. But if you don't care about service, the food is quite excellent!!!

Wow, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner here! Saturday night is busy, but we found perfectly comfortable seats at the bar at 7pm. We felt well looked after by the staff and excellent bar tender Louis. Cocktails were delicious and it was hard to choose our meal since everything on the menu sounded amazing. Very happy with our experience and will definitely be back.

If your in the mood for Italian while visiting the Solvang area- this would be a great place to dine. They have a great wine list and many dinner options. Our starter dishes- caprese salad and beet salad were delicious. Our dinners- lobster pasta, orecchiette pasta with sausage, and pasta with bolognese were flavorful with a nice presentation.

I've been there about four times that I live in Georgia. Leonardo's is a great Italian restaurant, and I always try to go eat there with my best friend Jennifer Thompson and her husband Nate. Sometimes the kids as well they're very close with twin daughters of Leonardo. I have had some great Italian food even here in Georgia but you know the portions and then wine and all of the above are just fabulous, their servers so glad Luigi's back we are so glad to hear that and he's hilarious, he's authentic and he's very good and he has that dry sense of humor you just got to love it. Such a great authentic atmosphere, great food as always. I always end up buying the same bottle of wine I did this time I bought it last time and we had a great time, and I don't see it changing for us to go there every time I come back home to California I'm very happy to do that it's one of my favorites for sure!
