Fuddruckers

Renewed my love for hamburgers. I’m not usually one who just craves hamburgers, but if I lived closer to a Fuddruckers, I probably would. I ordered the Bourbon Burger and it was totally delicious. It was PILED with amazing sautéed onions, cheese and bacon. One of the best burgers I’ve had. It was pricey, but worth it in my opinion. Don’t let the picture deceive you, it was a good-sized burger.

This is for the Fuddruckers in the Sparks Legends, June 6th 2019. My Dad and I ate here for my birthday (I got an promotional email for a free burger for my birthday -- thank you, Fudds!). Our 1/3lb burgers were cooked perfectly (mine was medium well, my Dad's preferred well done), the bun was delicious and fresh, and held up well, holding all the goop we piled on. The hamburger bar is ingenious and should be every burger joint necessity! Cold, clean, fresh, and everything was neatly piled salsas, lettuce -- leaves and shredded, pickles, tomato -- sliced and diced, same for onion, all into separate chilling bins, ready for building your burger. The "smart" soda pop machine is so cool, so many of your favorite beverages at the push of a button. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the dining room is clean, neat, and inviting. Five stars all the way! P.S. -- I had painted a rock and planted it on the boulder by the parking lot light, I believe it's still there! 😉

So where do you go for your first Valentine's day after your wife passed away? Fuddruckers wasn't my first choice, but it turned out to be a good choice. The restaurant was quiet when I arrived. (It got busier as I enjoyed my meal.) My order was taken quickly, my burger was prepared just as I had ordered, and was ready for me sooner than expected. The fresh toppings were just what was needed to top my burger as I like it. Good experience.
