Panda Express

placed an online order which I would think it would be a lot easier to get the order correct cuz you got no one staring at you waiting for their order but I would be wrong. It was a simple two item order nothing else, with half rice half noodles and they couldn't even get that right. Not to mention there was not one piece of chicken in the mushroom chicken..why exactly are we raising minimum wage for people who are too dumb to read? Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

OMG what's happening with Panda Express? Usually when I go to Panda Express I get good service, but lately they seem to be slipping on fulfilling orders. Today they missed an entree in my plate and only one scoop of chicken in my bowl with rice and not a big scoop at that. What's the matter with you guys at Panda Express get your stuff together.

Terrible..can we give out zero stars. I went to their website for a delivery. The delivery was canceled from PE and I was charged. I drove in on my lunch and waiting 15 minutes to talk with someone. She offered to have my money given back however the manager(liz)had to do it. In other words she was unable to give a refund. She saud would addres it the following day with her manager.. She also offered to give me the lunch at no charge for inconveniencing me. I had no desire for that lunch as it was sitting over an hour. Which was an 1 hour after the delivery time. I took it and could not eat it in good conscience due to health concerns. I never received a phone call back from the manager. After 10 days I call and I am told I was talking to a manager and when I asked for her name she said she was a minor and could not give it out. Not only did I not receive my food hot and on time. I was charged for a service charge and treated rudely by the store the 2nd time I addressed my concern with them. I was also inconvenience in leaving my workplace giving up my lunch to address a concern for not receiving my lunch and being charged for it. Other than the 1st people I spoke with Bri ... the worst customer service.

So I go in to order and a lady called Auden screws up my order so when I take it back she's VERY rude and says "when I ask you if you want terriaki chicken SAY terriaki chicken"! Well I said terriaki chicken, I have a photo of the receipt which does NOT have it on it. Most ignorant and rude experience I've EVER had a restaurant. Guess she wanted to cover up her mistake by insisting it was MY mistake. Do not eat here, she was busy asking me for my order while talking to another employee and tried to blame me for it.

Friday night and at 9 no food being restocked for the next hour and then I see the cook not cooking any more food instead he starts cleaning the hood and spraying soap over the food and cooking equipment while still open and I waited for 20 minutes for him to not make mushrooms chicken and greenbean chicken with never got made....or any more food and ppl in line waiting for product that never came when brought to the lead person in charge she ignored it and kept ask what would you want as now the guy putting soap in the deep fryer while food was being cook in it .....where's the management or supervisor and sanction training and he's wearing his face mask underneath his chin......don't eat here as SOAP may be in you food .
