Pizza Factory

The service was prompt and excellent! The employees were not only Polite but personable, helpful and very knowledgeable. The kind of employees I would hire. I’m in the process of moving to this area within the next year and having good experiences like this are just another step in that direction. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt this place deserved one, thanks again and see you guys next time!

Wow... where to begin. First we came and they said they did not sell soda. Then as we watched a crusty guy make pizza for about 15 to 20 minutes (nobody else was there btw) he pulls out his phone and flips through some apps for a couple more minutes. Mind you phones are pretty disgusting considering where they've been. Me and my group are already grossed out by such but we decide to let it blow over. Flash forward after the two employees talk for another 20 minutes, they bring in the so called "Large" pizza. Honestly, it looked like soggy, greasy, cardboard. As we limply pecked at the disgusting slop we noticed that the original crusty guy dropped the pizza dough on the floor. The floor! If I could give a 0 I most definitely would. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a couple pizzas and a two liter. That was two hours ago. The delivery driver just got here with our two cold pizzas that look like soggy cardboard, and no drinks. We were told that they were out of two liters and instead were going to get fountain drinks. But guess what, the delivery driver forgot the drinks all together and is now heading back to hopefully amend this. Terrible experience overall, we are now arguing with the manager on the phone after being hung up on. Highly don't recommend

Extremely disappointed in our experience here. We spent $40 on one large pizza and two orders of garlic bread sticks and everything was burned and rock hard. There was a school fundraiser occuring at the time and the restaurant was clearly NOT prepared. The young employees there needed direction and no one was helping them. There was not a manager in site. We had ordered online and specifically asked for our pizza to be undercooked because these chains tend to overcook their pizza and ended up throwing away some of the pizza as it was completely inedible. Overall, I used to like the pizza factory chain but the food in the area has really gone downhill over the last few years. This was the last straw and I can honestly say that I will never eat at this location again or the others in the area. Such a bummer and I'm sure all the other people felt the same way as everyone was being served burned food. Would NOT recommend eating here.
