Del Taco

Waited at the drive through for over 20 minutes, ordered 2 guacamole beyond tacos and a medium fries, only for them to mess up my order, yet again. No guacamole and the fries were stale. They have messed my order up a couple of times before this last time, but I figured maybe they were rushed, or whatever the circumstances were at the time. I am over it. Not worth the money waiting in line for them to continously mess my order up over and over again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Del Taco used to be my go to fast food and I've eaten at this location many times. Over the last 2 years however the quality of the food has dramatically dropped and service is very poor. They have permanently lost a frequent customer in me. Eat elsewhere, you'll appreciate the decision.

I asked for no beans on my epic burrito and my friend kept asking the cashier to read the order back but she kept saying "I got it hon, trust me I got it" well a few visible things she didn't have but I couldn't open the burrito but since I stressed no beans, how hard could that be, right? Wrong! I bit into my food when I got home, it had beans ALL OVER AND THROUGH IT! I ended up throwing it away but I stressed no beans because they make me sick so guess what? I'm sick the whole rest of the night, sick during my cousin's funeral service I was in town for, sick for the 6 hour drive back home, and sick when I got back home! So yes, I'm giving them the worst rating possible! When someone says they don't want something on their food, there's a reason! I'm allergic to beans and even in the first bite Del Taco has it filled to capacity with them. There was more beans than anything else and they kept me in pain and discomfort the entire time! They closed at 12am, we got our food at 11:30pm so I couldn't take it back and calls were not answered so they deserve this rating. Pls check & recheck your good when dealing with them.

I am a postal carrier so I originally just went in to use the bathroom. I decided to order the 2 egg and hash brown tacos and hash browns meal. I waited 15 minutes just to get my food and it was cold never even got a drink with my meal. $7 was what I paid for the meal and to be honest it was not worth it. This will be my 3rd bad experience at this location in the last 2 weeks. I do not recommend this place for anything or to anyone. The staff that did assist me today reminded me of Eeyore gloomy and not happy.
