Mcdonald's

I asked for fresher fries after receiving some that I was not satisfied with and these people did everything in their power NOT to give me some new fries. She started with telling me that they were fresh and I asked if she would feel them because they weren’t and she said they couldn’t do that. So I had to sit their and argue with her over whether or not the fries were fresh. Then she slams the window, tells them I want fresh fries, and comes back to tell me to park so they can drop some new fries. After that they served every other car in the drive thru before even thinking about making my fries. Ended up having to just go in and get a refund. This location is just full of teens who could care less about Providing good customer service

Now I know why this McDonald’s has only 2 stars . Couldn’t hear the dude at all I sad please speak up and he told me no you need to speak up haha kinda of funny actually but bad for business. Then when we got to the window everyone that worked there was looking at me laughing and they were making jokes! Horrible experience
