Burger King

Showed up to hand written sign on the door saying on break for 45 minutes written in crayon. No earthly idea when that break started or would end. Doors were locked. Walked to the drive through only to see pylons blocking cars from entering. Walked to the window and saw to black individuals hanging out in the cooking area. Knocked on the window and the black female pointed for me to walk to the locked front door. Walked there and she never showed up, so I am only able to assume she wanted me to see the sign. Placed an order through their app as instructed and called to confirm I was there to pick it up as instructed. She answered the phone and WHILE I was talking she said "working" and hung up. Will never go to another Burger King as long as I live. This human piece of garbage has no reason to be anywhere near the public or customer service. If I was her manager I would have fired her on the spot.

THIS LOCATION HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I went through the drive through with my husband and they made an error on his bacon King and completely forgot my impossible whopper which I as a vegetarian had as my only meal option. Due to the dining room being closed we had to go back through the drive through the lady that spoke to me was a lead or manager and was rude dismissive and completely incompetent and unprofessional. Swearing at your customers because your employee made an error is unreprehensible. I did not yell until after she told me that I would have to get back in the drive through behind 4-5 other cars to get the meal i had ordered over 30 minutes ago. I have worked in the food industry and do not typically yell when mistakes are made but refusing to fix your mistakes makes you worthless.
