Burger King

Ask for no ice and get three sodas only half full. First time I've experienced this from any fast food restaurant. Its fountain soda to begin with and ice just makes it taste worse. This was my third attempt using this location and my last. Not alot of options in this part of town and I would recommend to go somewhere else or don't use drive through cause you're going inside to get something they forgot or to fix.

I placed an on line order for the Burger King on Pyramid Hwy. When I arrived it took 45 minutes to make it to the window. When I made it to the window an employee told me that all the employees had walked out. I had paid on line. I asked for a refund. The employee told me no and said request the refund through there corporate office. 3 call and over a week later I received a call back. A female who identified her self as Lisa said that she would send me a gift certificate. When I said I wanted a refund she became upset a finally hung up. Prior to this I tried the food at this location. The food was terrible. I only returned because my son in law had asked to go. Be aware of this Burger King

Finally got a good order. Patties tasted flame broiled and smoky and they didn't mess up the order. The person checking the food actually found and corrected a mistake, there was a cheeseburger missing. Normally I have very low expectations for this burger king there is always a mistake with my order and a terribly long wait. June 10th at 4pm, whatever crew that is, is finally a very good crew that actually did their job very well. I hope that continues.

We went to this Burger King to grab a fast dinner. We ended up sitting in the drive threw for 30 min!!! Also I ordered online and told them that at the voice box and told them my online order number. When I got to the drive threw window they asked my to pay again! I told them I already paid online. I ordered two cherry Slushy’s and they told me they didn’t have them once I got to the window. I ended up getting soda instead. It took them forever to get my food, and they seemed to not even know my order. They handed me two kids meals and said bye. I told them I still need my whopper meal. They said oh and started looking around for a whopper meal. Once I got home to eat my food I noticed they forgot one of my onion rigs. Also my whopper was hard and the lettuce was wilted and dead. They put no tomato and my burger. I guess they decided I didn’t need it! I will be avoiding this establishment.
